So,
why should you buy FM3 now? Will FM2 still be supported
and updated in the future? These are valid questions.
FM2 is a stable
product in gold release. FM3 is considered beta. FM3 includes ALL FM2 functionality.
We decided to release it as a separate product for this reason.FM3 extends
FM2's functionality to SQL backends. We are implementing support for various SQL
drivers 1 at a time. Once these are considered stable and complete, FM3 will go
gold. FM2 will eventually fade out.
One of the best parts about getting
FM3 now is the price. If you are not an FM2 user, you can get all FM2 functionality
in FM3 for less than FM2 gold. If you are already a FM2 user, you can get FM3
at a "cross-grade" price, and you will have a valid license for both
FM2 and FM3.
Our recommendation: Why wait: get FM3 now!

with your answers I was able to get a good conversion from TPS to
SQL! Works fantastic, I was able to show a TPS to SQL conversion
of our program at our dealer convention, and they were amazed! Thanks

- FM3 is FANTASTIC - I have just converted
a large app from TPS files to MSSQL in 2 days the app was running
soooo slow but in MSSQL is like lightning - without FM3 I would
probably never have got it done!

FM3. We've been using FM2 and now FM3 for years and I think it is
just terrific. Thanks to FM3, the conversion of our app (some 300
tables) from Topspeed to SQL was so much easier. Thanks for this
